Rotaract European Meeting in Utrecht
This Winter 2026
The Rotaract European Meeting (REM) is a biannual international event organized under the ERIC (European Rotaract Information Centre), bringing together young leaders and Rotaractors from across Europe to connect, learn, and celebrate cultural diversity. This winter, the REM will be held for the first time in Utrecht, the Netherlands, giving participants a unique opportunity to experience the city’s vibrant culture while taking part in workshops, networking events, and service-oriented activities.
Packages and Tickets

We are offering several packages to suit your needs, including options with centrally located hotel accommodation, tickets without accommodation, and exclusive gala-only passes. Choose and cycle the way to Utrecht with the package that’s right for you!
Ticket sale dates:
Wave 1: October 27 at 20:00
Wave 2 : November 10 at 20:00
Wave 3: December 7 at 20:00 and from 21:00 activity tickets
UPDATE:
2nd of January 20:00 IS EXTRA TICKETS AND FINAL TICKET WAVE:
Very limited ticket will be sold. Two types of tickets will be available:
– NEW tickets for the Cargo bike package (3 nights with accommodation) for €460.
– UPGRADE possibility for those that already have a Tricycle package (3 nights without accommodation) to the Cargo bike package including accommodation for €315.
